During checkout, you'll see a loyalty enrollment screen asking for your phone number. Simply enter your 10-digit phone number to sign up and start claiming your points. You'll receive a confirmation via SMS text message, and voilà – you're in!
Check your loyalty points anytime on the My Account page on our website.
If you're not yet enrolled, don't worry! When you make a purchase, you'll be prompted to sign up and start earning points right away. Please note, a mobile phone number is required for enrollment.
How to Earn Points...
Earning points with the CiderHouse Pie Club is as easy as pie. For every dollar you spend at our shop, you'll earn one point. The points are based on the total amount spent before the tip, making every purchase a step closer to free pie.
Accumulate 100 points and you'll get a $5 reward!
Whether you're indulging in a classic apple pie or exploring our seasonal specials, every bite counts. Keep enjoying your favorite treats and watch those points add up!
Redeem Your Pie Club Points
When you visit us, simply provide the cashier with your phone number, and your reward will be applied to your purchase.
Shopping online? No problem! Select your reward at checkout if you're paying with a debit or credit card linked to your loyalty account. Apply it to your current purchase and enjoy the sweet savings!
Initially, your card statement might show a pending charge for the full transaction amount, but once the transaction is finalized (usually within 1-2 days), the discounted price will appear. Plus, you may receive SMS notifications to keep you updated on your loyalty status.
